Service Overview

• 2Win Alerts provides a notification service that alerts users via SMS when specific competition-related triggers (such as alarms or prompts) occur during radio station broadcasts.
• Users are responsible for entering the competitions via the official links provided on our site. We are not affiliated with radio stations and do not handle competition entries.

Pay-As-You-Go Model

• Users can select the number of alert days, starting from one day up to the end of the competition. The service cost is displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed via Stripe, and no sensitive payment data is stored on our servers.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are offered under the following circumstances:
  • Failure to deliver notifications due to technical issues on our end.
  • Users must request refunds within 7 days of the missed notification via our contact form.
• No refunds will be provided for issues beyond our control, such as radio station schedule changes or user-provided incorrect information.

Liability Limitations

• 2WinAlerts is not responsible for any competition outcomes or for interruptions caused by third-party services (e.g., radio stations or server downtime).
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

User Obligations

• Users must ensure the accuracy of their contact details to receive notifications.
• It is the user’s responsibility to keep updated on competition terms and conditions as set by the radio stations.
